Housekeeping Associate
Bandy Canyon Ranch is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure our resort remains spotless, organized, and guest-ready at all times-creating an exceptional experience for every visitor.
As part of a small but hardworking team, you will play an integral role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our 15 cottages and shared spaces across the Ranch. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a team environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding guest service.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Cabin & Public Area Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest cabins and all public areas, including the Adobe, restrooms, Pelican Room, retail store, front office, team room, and back office.
- Daily Housekeeping Operations: Follow housekeeping schedules to ensure timely turnovers and refresh services for guest cottages.
- Laundry Operations: Manage laundry for the Ranch, including linens, comforters, and pool towels; ensure timely collection, washing, and redistribution.
- Linen & Supply Coordination: Prepare and distribute linen boxes for daily turnovers; transport linens and supplies as needed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor housekeeping supplies and coordinate restocking with the Facilities team.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure cleaning tools and equipment are properly maintained and ready for use.
- Guest Services: Respond to guest requests for additional amenities (coffee, water, tea, linens, etc.) in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to address guest needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance or repair needs within cottages and public areas.
- Policy & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all resort policies, procedures, and safety standards; ensure a secure and hygienic environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of housekeeping activities, room status, and maintenance requests.
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and equipment use
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching for
- extended periods
- Comfortable performing physically demanding, hands-on work
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
